Many of my clients feel stuck in a variety of areas in their lives, such as making critical decisions like relationship breakups, job changes, or school transitions. From a diagnostic perspective, many clients enter therapy to identify and address depression, anxiety, body image issues, and traumatic events. I provide my clients with the opportunity to identify and share their narratives. In doing so, I collaborate with them to identify thoughts that might be contributing to their sense of hopelessness. I provide action-oriented sessions aimed at empowering clients to achieve wellness, agency, and balance in their lives.
